Smart Lockdown in 80 areas of Lahore, 25 areas of Faisalabad and 5 areas of Gujranwala
(Latest newspaper from newstime-June 16- 2020)According to the government's decision, 80 areas of Lahore will be sealed off between Tuesday and Wednesday night due to increasing cases of corona. This decision has been taken in view of the increasing cases of corona virus, which has been declared a global epidemic. Areas to be sealed from tonight include Block A, B1, E, F2, G, H, J and R of Johartown.
As per the government decision, Mustafa Town, Canal View, EME, Wapda Town and PCSIR Phase 2 will also be sealed. And 10 will be completely sealed. Divisional Commissioners have got the option to seal the area with more cases.Sutlej Block, Rachna Block, Nargis Block and Raza Block of Allama Iqbal Town will be sealed as it has been declared as a hotspot under the administrative decision. According to the government decision, Zafar Ali Road, Zahoor Elahi Road, E-One Block, Gulberg's Block A, Three, B2, B3 and B1 will also be the reason for the increase in the deadly epidemic in Gulberg from tonight. According to Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid, the areas that will be sealed will remain closed for the next two weeks.
Apart from Lahore, Smart Lockdown has been decided in important areas of Gujranwala. According to Punjab Health Department, Smart Lockdown has been decided in 5 areas of Gujranwala and in important areas. Town, Satellite Town, Wapda Town, People's Colony and Qila Deedar Singh. The health department has identified the worst-affected areas this month.
Similarly, it has been decided to seal 25 areas of Manchester, Faisalabad, Pakistan by declaring them hotspots, including Nisar Colony, Sitara Colony, Eden Garden, Al Najaf Colony and People's Colony No. 1. Under the decision, other areas including Officers Colony, Raza Garden, Kachehri Bazaar and Madina Town will also be sealed due to the corona virus. In Faisalabad, the number of people infected with the corona virus has risen to more than 3,800, while 92 people have lost their lives due to the deadly epidemic.
