Where a person is seen without a mask, he is immediately prosecuted and fined.
Masks are being banned in the country to control the corona epidemic. People have been instructed to wear social masks in markets, parks and shops, and have also been ordered to wear masks. Gatherings of more than five people are also banned. Violation of corona orders carries a minimum sentence of three months in prison, with fines ranging from 1,000 Bahraini dinars to 10,000 dinars.
It may be recalled that a few days ago, 16 members of a Bahraini family were infected with Corona. According to media reports, a Bahraini family gathered for Iftar. One of them was infected with Corona, which caused everyone in the Iftar party to be infected with Corona. According to the Ministry of Health, these people violated government orders and attended the mass party. Social distance was also ignored, while precautions such as wearing masks and gloves were not taken, which resulted in the diagnosis of corona in 16 members of the family. Affected people include children as well as the elderly.
