Occupied Jammu and Kashmir: Refusal to provide ambulance to a pregnant woman in Handwara

A pregnant woman was allegedly denied an ambulance at a hospital in Tartpura Welgam in north Kashmir's Handwara district. According to media reports, the pregnant woman's husband Muhammad Qasim said, "Doctors flatly refused to give us an ambulance when he was referred to Handwara District Hospital from Tartpura NTPHC Hospital."
