(Latest newspaper from newstime-June 4- 2020)The Parks and Horticultural Authority has allowed all parks to open from tomorrow. Masks and gloves must be worn for entry into the parks. Parks will be open from 6 am to 10 pm. According to sources, DGP PHA Muzaffar Khan has given permission to open all parks in Lahore from tomorrow.
All the parks will be opened under the SOPs of the health department. Masks and gloves will be required in the parks, without SOPs no entry will be possible in the parks. Similarly, children's swings and play areas in the parks will remain closed. The parks will be open to the public from 6am to 10pm tomorrow. On the other hand, the Punjab government has formally approved fines for complying with SOPs.
An early notification regarding the fines will be issued. It has been informed that in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Anti-Corona of Punjab, details of fines have been presented in case of non-compliance with anti-Corona SOPs. Under which the general public will also be fined for violating SOPs. There will be a fine of Rs. 500 for not wearing a mask across Punjab. There will be a fine of Rs. 2000 for not taking social distance in Marquis, Commercial Areas. Public transport and administration will also face fines. Bus owners will be fined Rs 10,000 against SOPs and for social distance. Violation of SOPs will result in a fine of Rs 5,000 for a wagon owner and Rs 2,000 for a car owner. Auto rickshaws and 2 wheelers will be fined Rs 500 for violating SOPs. There will be a fine of Rs 500 for spitting in public places. Violation of SOPs of health department in quarantine will result in a fine of Rs.
