According to the data released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the number of cowardly 19 cases in Pakistan has reached 15,525, with 640 new cases reported in the last 24 hours. The disease has claimed 16 lives in a matter of hours, with a total of 343 deaths so far and 3,425 patients recovering.

A total of 165,911 tests were performed while 8,530 tests were performed in the last 24 hours.

5695 cases were reported from Sindh, 5827 from Punjab, 2313 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 978 from Balochistan, 66 from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 333 from Gilgit-Baltistan and 313 from Islamabad Capital Territory. 100 deaths have been reported from Punjab, 100 from Sindh, 114 from KP, three from GB, 14 from Balochistan and four from ICT. 963 patients have been treated in Sindh, 562 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 176 in Balochistan, 224 in GB, 1427 in Punjab and 36 in ICT. The number of local transmissions has been reported in confirmed patients. At present, 717 hospitals across the country are operating with KVID facilities while several patients are still admitted in hospitals across the country.
