Leading Pakistani businessman and Houston community leader Pervez Iqbal has died of the corona virus

Leading Pakistani businessman in the United States and Houston community leader Pervez Iqbal has died of the corona virus while working at a store in Houston. According to American television, 66-year-old Pervez Iqbal settled in Houston, Texas in the 90's. He worked hard to grow his business. He owned an auto shop, several stores and shopping centers.
His friends have expressed deep sorrow over the death of their compatriot and said that his death has created a gap in the Pakistani community in Texas and the business world of Houston which will not be easy to fill. He is survived by a widow, two sons and a daughter. The corona virus has infected more than one million people and killed more than 53,000 in the United States.
