A resolution demanding reduction of prices of petroleum products by Rs. 50 has been submitted to the Punjab Assembly Secretariat

A resolution demanding Rs 50 reduction in prices of petroleum products was submitted to the Punjab Assembly Secretariat.
The text of the resolution submitted by PML-N member Malik Zaheer Iqbal said that the price of petrol in the world market has come down from 65 65 to 15 15 per barrel. The government has made billions of rupees by selling petrol at the old prices. On the one hand, the government is buying cheap petrol, on the other hand, it is increasing the electricity bills every month. The citizens are already suffering due to the corona virus in the lockdown. The government should provide relief to the citizens by making petrol cheaper. Prices should be reduced by at least Rs.
