PM visits ISI headquarters with Army Chief

Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received Imran Khan and General Qamar Bajwa, briefed them on many important issues including complex regional and internal challenges.

Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received Imran Khan and General Qamar Bajwa and briefed them on a number of important issues including complex regional and internal challenges. According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan accompanied by Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa visited the ISI headquarters on Wednesday.

On arrival at the ISI headquarters, DG ISI Lt. Gen. Faiz Hameed received the Prime Minister and the Army Chief.                                                                                                                                                Meanwhile, Federal Ministers Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar and Special Assistant Dr Moeed Yousuf also accompanied the Prime Minister and Army Chief.

Later, a briefing was given on important issues in the top leadership meeting. Prime Minister Imran Khan was briefed on complex regional and internal challenges and details of Pakistan's efforts to restore peace.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan especially appreciated the sacrifices and tireless efforts of ISI. He stressed that for the protection of national security and sovereignty, nothing would be taken lightly.
