The Supreme Court has rejected a petition seeking a national policy to deal with the corona virus.

The objections raised by the Registrar's Office of the Supreme Court on Wednesday said that the language used in the petition was suspicious and the petition did not even address the issue of public nature. The Registrar of the Supreme Court objected that the relevant forum was not approached before the Supreme Court. The petition was filed by Maulvi Iqbal Haider Advocate. The petition sought a Supreme Court order to formulate a nationwide policy on corona virus.
