PTCL Group donates Rs. 100 million to PM Corona Relief Fund 2020

The PTCL Group, one of Pakistan's largest telecom companies and the backbone of the country's communications network, has joined the Prime Minister's Coronary Relief Fund 2020 to serve the nation in these difficult times and to support government efforts. Rashid Khan, President and CEO, PTCL Oriophone presented a check of Rs. 100 million to Prime Minister Imran Khan during a meeting with him in Islamabad. Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, Secretary, Ministry of IT and Telecom and Chairman Board of Directors PTCL was also present on the occasion. Rashid Khan appreciated the efforts of the government to curb the spread of Corona virus and assured future assistance.
He informed the Prime Minister that Ufone, a subsidiary of PTCL, was offering customers the facility to contribute to the Prime Minister's Corona Relief Fund by sending an SMS to 6677. CL stands by the people of Pakistan during the current crisis and will continue to support individuals, their families and communities across the country.
