Lack of final report of Chinese Commission of Inquiry is Imran Niazi's confession: Shahbaz Sharif

Delay in report confirms Rs 100 billion robbery, delay is an attempt to save the real culprits of Chinese robbery, delay in report cannot hide facts from public: Opposition Leader
LAHORE: Opposition leader Mian Shahbaz Sharif has termed the two-week delay in the report of the Chinese Commission of Inquiry as a conspiracy. Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that non-receipt of final report of Chinese Commission of Inquiry is Imran Niazi's confession. He said that the delay in the report confirmed the robbery of Rs 100 billion. The delay is an attempt to save the real culprits of the Chinese robbery. The delay in the report cannot hide the facts from the public.
The opposition leader further said that the people know who robbed them of their flour and sugar. The cabinet is headed by the ECC and those responsible for approving the subsidy. Failure to report Imran Niazi is a confession of guilt. Hiding the Chinese inquiry report cannot cover up Imran Khan's guilt. No further inquiry and forensic is required. Commission of Inquiry is not fair.
He further said that the members of the committee are also members of the commission of inquiry. If Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Khurram Dastgir are allowed to appear then if our nominated members appear then there will be milk and water. It should be noted that Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability and Interior Mirza Shehzad Akbar has said that the Commission of Inquiry into the Chinese Crisis has asked for three more weeks to submit its report.
The Prime Minister also directed the committee investigating the Chinese crisis to conduct a forensic analysis of the sugar mills. The Prime Minister set up two high-level committees headed by the Director General FIA, comprising senior IB officers and the Director General Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab, to investigate the rise in sugar and wheat prices and the causes of the crisis.
