Due to the corona virus lockdown, a young Pakistani man in Dubai was unable to attend his father's funeral. Ghulam Mustafa, a 38-year-old finance manager, could not return to the country despite his best efforts. According to the details, a large number of Pakistanis are stranded abroad due to the spread of Corona virus.
There were some incidents where a close relative of a Pakistani stranded abroad died, but he was unable to attend the funeral. Another such incident has come to light. Ghulam Mustafa Awan, a 38-year-old Pakistani man residing in Dubai for employment, could not visit his father for the last time due to flight closure.
Ghulam Mustafa's father passed away recently, after which he tried his best to return to Pakistan to attend the funeral, but failed.

Ghulam Mustafa's father suffered from heart and liver problems, and died on April 17. After returning to Pakistan and not being able to attend his father's funeral, the young man paid his last respects to his father online. Ghulam Mustafa Awan says that his father was 80 years old at the time of his death and he had spoken to him by telephone two days ago. The young man says he has lived in Dubai with his wife and children for the past 15 years.                                                                         He had gone to Pakistan in January this year, when his father was perfectly healthy. During the last telephone conversation, the father asked him to return home, but this was not possible due to the closure of the flight operation. Earlier, when his mother died in 2011, he was still in Dubai. Ghulam Mustafa hails from Gujarat, Pakistan.
